We aim to address all tickets raised within a day within the same or next day so depending on the complexity of the issue you could expect a 4-8 hour turn around. Please keep the timezone in mind as we may be ahead or behind you in time by quite many hours if you are not based in Africa or Europe.

You many receive the following error when your application has not finished loading the application data. In organisations where you may have many transactions or many years of transactions within your application the initial load may take some time as we have to load all the history.
Please keep in mind that we will reload your data and all history every time you perform a configuration change.
Please give the system some time to load the application data. You will receive a configuration and application available confirmation mail from the system when your analytical application is available. Should you not receive the confirmation email or your application is not available within 3 hours please contact our technical support by raising a technical support ticket
