Our integrated AI ensures you have access to all your KPI data via Aime our InsightsBot. You can ask Aime any question, via your mobile device, on your KPI data and she will immediately respond to your query with the answer i.e. MTD/YTD sales or trade receivables or expenses etc.
Additionally, Aime provides you with all SmartAlert data as defined through your alerts be it value based alerts or time-based alerts i.e. if you wish to receive your MTD Sales every morning at 6:00 Aime will ping you on your mobile device with the data.
Our reporting solutions are prebuilt and ready to fire! We provide four reports which can be scheduled according to the user’s (our partner or their customers) requirements. Reports are automatically generated as per the defined schedule and are white labelled thus will have your account company logo on all reports automatically.
Our partners use their bookkeeping and accounting skill set to analyse and interpret their customer’s financial data and advise their customers accordingly. They freely explore their customer’s data through the prebuilt visualizations that already incorporate trending, comparisons, ranking etc. which supports the analysis and comparisons of performance.
They then create stories for their customers with their findings.
Stories are dynamic snapshots of the analysis at a certain time. They add visualization, text-based context and actions to a story which is save for review with their customer. The stories are then updated periodically as per the engagement with the customer which would generally be monthly or bi-annually.
